Abstract

The article examines promising directions for multi-speed integration and humanitarian cooperation within the framework of the Greater Eurasian Partnership (GEP). It analyzes the experience of post-Soviet integration associations — the CIS, the EAEU, and the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Special attention is paid to the role of humanitarian, educational, and digital spheres as the foundation of integration, the preservation of the Russian language as a tool of interethnic communication, and the experience of Pridnestrovie. Specific measures for scientific, technological and educational convergence of GEP countries based on the principles of pragmatism, voluntariness, and respect for sovereignty are proposed.
